Fast Paintings
📖 About 📖
Not just a performance mod.
Features:
- No painting rendering lag
- No paintings tick lag
- Customizable painting models
- Particles
- Ambient occlusion
- More reactive when support is broken
- Paintings wont disappear when afar
- Better looking paintings as they will use mipmap
- no more accidentally killing of paintings with the kill command
In other words Fast Painting is a performance mod that optimizes paintings to render way faster
To do so the mod simply replaces them with their block equivalent form.
Block paintings will use baked models instead of entity renderer which makes them as fast as they can be
Moreover these are just blocks now so the lag associated with the painting entity ticking is gone too!
This approach also makes painting update immediately when you bereak their supporting block and also allows them to have particles
Moveoveras this doubles as a cosmetic mod since it allows you to entirely customize painting models by overriding their json model with resource pack. You can do complex things like adding wooden frames around them. Fancy!
To do so simply edit the model to contain a json or reference model in each of its parts (i.e. "top_left" is for model to apply to the top left corner)
Oh and dont worry you can still pass right through them. Screet doors yay!
Looking for a texture pack that uses the custom painting model feature this mod offers? Look no further!
❤️Support Me❤️
Modding is taking a lot of my time, so if you like what I do, and you would like to support me, you can do so here. If you do, you'll receive a custom Globe and or Statue just for you! This also applies if you purchase a server from Akliz using "supplementaries" code.
Use code "supplementaries" to get 20% off and also support me in the process!
