Dried Ghast Recipe Remover

This is a simple datapack that will disable the dried ghast crafting recipe. It seems weird that these are craftable since they're more like creatures rather than items. I also think it's better for gameplay that they need to be found and restored. So now they can only be obtained naturally in the nether where they generate near fossils.
