要求

职业

Map Info

Dirge of the Sky is a Cooperative 1-6 (3-6 FOR BEST EXPERIENCE) player raid map, inspired by Destiny 2's raid designs and implemented in a Minecraft environment.

Dirge of the Sky is a map and property of Ash and ChaoticImme. Do not re-upload or alter the project. YOU MAY NOT RE-UPLOAD THIS ON A SEPARATE MAP WEBSITE.

If you would like to record the map game-play, make sure you include the map's main page on MinecraftMaps, curseforge, planetminecraft, ko-fi, or stickypiston including both names of the owners in the video description "Created by Ash and ChaoticImme."

REQUIREMENTS

• Minecraft version: 1.20.1 ONLY!!
• Optifine / Fabric + Sodium is highly recommended for optimal performance
• players required to play: 3-6 (run will not start if any less than that)
• Minecraft vanilla server is best, you may try spigot or any other server but run at your own risk, but vanilla is preferred.
• Difficulty: Normal
• Make sure you have the resourcepack installed or you won't be able to play the map!!!
• allocated RAM minimum 4 GB (or your MC might crash)

SETTINGS

• Clouds: Preferrably OFF
• Render Distance: 12+, if you are not getting enough FPS for it, you can reduce it but it will hinder the gameplay
• Particles: ALL
• Music: ON
• Sounds: ON
• Brightness: Preferrably 100%, this really depends on your screen brightness, so change accordingly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Unlike the previous map, Castle to None, you can finally allow more players to join for an ongoing session! just type '/trigger request_drop_in' and upon the players' approval, you get to select your class!
• DO NOT TYPE ANY COMMANDS!!!
• If you find any bugs or exploits, report them in our discord server, we'll get it patched as soon as possible, as we take this project very seriously!
• I highly recommend playing with default Minecraft keybinds, otherwise it might be very confusing as the keys are pre-assigned according to the default keybinds
• This map is difficult, teamwork and understanding your character is important, if you feel like you're unsure what your class does, you can always type '/trigger help' and read the description again, you can also read the tooltips of raid weapons again.
• I highly, HIGHLY, advise avoiding playing LAN, just use a server instead.
• If you are suffering from FPS drops, use fabric + sodium, it really improves the performance and makes the game more enjoyable. You can also consider optifine.

Classes
1- Frontliner
A- Striker: Offensive frontline, can execute low health targets, high survivability and damage.
B- Sentinel: Defensive frontline, can stun enemies, defend teammates, and provide additional damage resistance to self.

2- Marksman
A- Duelist: Iconic gunslinger, best on taking one-on-one fights against bigger enemies, can switch fire and ice elements, high ammo capacity.
B- Shadowrunner: Utility marksman, can weaken targets, versatile.

3- Support
A- Mender: Main support, high healing output, can summon a rift that does additional damage and healing.
B- Foreboder: Aggressive support, lower healing but can heal on attacking enemies, stronger sustainability.

   How to Install if you will host the map (server)
   
   1- Download DOTS_V_any mc_v1.20.1.zip.
   2- Extract the compressed ZIP archive.
   3- Move "Dirge of the Sky" to your server on the saves directory.
   4- Without extracting, Move the "DOTS" compressed file to your resourcepacks file
   5- Run minecraft and change the resourcepack from default to DOTS.
   6- Press done and you're good to go.
   
   How to install if you're a client
   
   1- Download DOTS_V_any mc_v1.20.1.zip.
   2- Extract the compressed ZIP archive.
   3- Without extracting, Move the "DOTS" compressed file to your resourcepacks file
   4- Run minecraft and change the resourcepack from default to DOTS.
   5- Press done and you're good to go.
   
   WORLD'S FIRST
   
   Attempting to get the world's first run completion? We will be attempting to give players the challenge of getting world's first run completion across all released threads. In order to prove your group got the first, you will need the following:
   
   
   • Full recorded video of the run
   • One screenshot showing the scoreboard at the end
   • One screenshot showing the advancements completion tab upon completion
   • You need to give the name of each team member involved on the completion run
   • (optional) If you have a team / clan name, be sure to mention it as well!
   IMPORTANT: If a team stumbles upon a bug and they unintentionally misuse to succeed in an encounter, then it can very likely be sustained and we won't discard the run attempt. If it seems like they were aware that it's a bug and were abusing it, then the run might get discarded!
   
   NOTE: There will be some flexibility on the requirements if you provide all three in the video.
   
   World's first can be submitted in any of the websites / platforms that Dirge of the Sky will be released in, and not exclusive to the discord group.
