Backported Wolves Terralith and Biomes O' Plenty Compat

Basics:

This is a server side only datapack that adds Backported Wolves compatibility/spawn locations to Terralith and Biomes O' Plenty biomes.

Customization and Possible Issues: 

I found a possible issue where if you don't have both Terralith and BOP the files could fail. I also think some of my tagging syntax in one of the files may be incorrect. If you have issues, you can unzip the datapack and use a text editor to remove those references. (You can also customize the spawns there as well) This may seem daunting but if you open the files in a text editor you will see how very easy it is. 

Wolf Spawns by Biome Type:

I did not change the default minecraft biomes, but below is a list of the biome names, ids, and sources for the added spawn biomes.

Requirements:

You do not need Terralith and Biomes O' Plenty to make this datapack work. But it obviously wont do anything without one or both installed. I use it just for Terralith.

Backported Wolves  is also required for obvious reasons.

Installation:

This datapack is server side only.

Install as you would any other datapack. Place it in your world/server's datapacks folder. Be sure to reload the game or restart the server for it to take effect. You can google how  to add datapacks. So I would do that if you are confused as to how. Mostly it is just add the file (still zipped) to your datapacks folder and restart the game/server.

Making changes:

You can do that by opening the zip file and adding (or removing) the biomes you want from the different wolves spawn jsons. You can then just re-zip the file (but this is not nessecary). You can see more specifics of this on the main Backported Wolves page.

Having Trouble Finding Wolves?

• Confirm that the spawns are working with spawn eggs in the expected vanilla biomes.
  • If they don't spawn there, then the issue is with your version of BackPorted Wolves. 
  • If they do: Then test some eggs in the modded biomes
    • If the spawn eggs don't spawn the wolf varriants, then check that your datapack is loaded and enabled.
• If the wolves DO spawn correctly from eggs, but you are not finding any.... you may have the problem I had.
  • If you have mods that add a lot of other creatures like Alex's mobs or Naturalist, these new mobs can really down out the base game mods. For that reason you may find it helpful to tweak mob spawning. 
  • I used Mob Cap Booster to fix the issue for me. I tuned down monsters mobs by 10 and increased the creature cap to 20. After that, I was able to find wolves in a way that felt closer to my vanilla experience.
