Anti Blindness-Darkness

What this datapack does is removing blindness and darkness from every player every 0.5 seconds.

It also introduces 2 commands:

/function nightvision:true (gives infinite night vision without particles to the player executing the command)

/function nightvision:false (removes night vision from the player executing the command)

If you used /function nightvision:true to get night vision, if you were to lose night vision for any reason, you will instantly get it back, making these commands act like fullbright toggle.
